I have been investing in property full time for over 15 years (since 2003) and originally did the second ever Mastermind programme in 2007 which I enjoyed so much that I repeated the course on MM21 with my father, Dick Dabner where we were Top Performers and am now back for MM27 to take it to the next level! I am now the CEO of JVIP, Joint Ventures In Property working with my father, Dick and our experienced team in Tunbridge Wells. The business has a rental portfolio of single let AST properties and professional co-living HMOs and is currently developing 115 property units, both new build and conversion from HMOs to blocks of flats, houses and commercial property - mainly near my home in Tunbridge Wells, in the South East of England. Over the years the business has focused on property development projects, refurbishments and conversions, new builds, obtaining planning permission, and we now have an Estate and Lettings Agency called hunni homes in Tunbridge Wells. Dick and I both speak at PIN meetings on the subjects of creative finance, adding value to property and joint ventures.
