| Bio | Born in India but came to UK aged 8. Grew up in Nottingham but left at 18 for University. Now have a BSc and PhD in Genetics. Worked at Leicester University then long career at AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals as senior scientist Bought a few houses, then discovered BMV purchasing mid 2007...went to a few seminars...part of MM2. I have bought BMV properties with pretty much ALL forms of marketing via direct to vendor negotiation. Made redundant in December 2012 so now full time property and looking to build portfolio further. Have cash to invest so JV may be an option Also recently appointed East Midlands rep for the NLA My wife Suman is a Business Analyst (IT) and helps with managing our local properties. We have 3 children (2 girls aged 21 and 18) and 1 boy (aged 10) |
