Developed (self taught) an HMO portfolio (plus a serviced apartment and including BMV deals, refurbs plus one small development and one or two more passive investments) of £2.5m cashflowing 150k/y over 2.5 years. Now during the catalysis of MM21 (2016) year, looking both to cut down my hands on time with the portfolio and to double or quadruple its scale alongside getting into more developments and conversions. |
