My strategies with regards to investing in properties are HMO’s (Houses of Multiple Occupation), PLO (Purchase Lease Options) and R2R (Rent to Rent). I have some cash left for more deals and possibly arrange a telephone call, Skype call or even to meet for some coffee (or tea even whisky if you prefer!) Would love to do a Commercial to Residential project in the future. I have sold my house to invest my future which was not an easy decision. I have I have had to take action to move forward as my aim is to help my son www.mylittlespartan.com eventually and also one day my goal is to set up a umbrella charity for other charities called My Little Spartans. I'm driven as you can see I have a big WHY but I’m also wanting to grow myself and learn from the best.
