Originally from Brazil, I held different senior positions in large multinational organisations in the UK, Australia, New Zealand and in The United Arab Emirates. In 2014 I decided to tap into my entrepreneurial skills and started my own engineering company in Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates which up to this day still operates in a specialised field within the Oil & Gas sector covering the Middle East & North Africa regions. Alongside my wife, Virginie Lapendry [known to the MM family as Vie] , I am one of the directors of Right Fit Properties (UK)Ltd. My objective in property is to build a large portfolio of quality & high cash flow properties through acquisitions in areas that have good potential for strong economic growth and where demand for specific types of accommodation have been carefully analysed and identified. Some of my main responsibilities in our business are a. Establishing meaningful relationships b. Identifying high yield investment opportunities directly with vendors and/or agents, deal sources and other fellow investors c. Ensuring safe returns for ourselves, private investors, partners & associates Our business model is primarily to provide quality HMOs to a specific demographic working for selected industries within our chosen areas that are currently Swindon, Gloucester & Cheltenham. Our model is based in providing quality, comfort and convenience to our tenants which in turn pay higher rents while reducing our voids as well as ongoing running costs of our business. Additionally, we are currently studying different operational systems to bring voids down to zero which again has a direct impact on overall profitability. Through the selected demographic we target and strategies we have in place, we aim to minimise dependency on traditional online tenant sourcing platforms such as SpeareRoom, RoomMate etc. On the personal level, I'm a people person and truly enjoy doing business with those who share the same values that are trust, quality, transparency & honesty. Transparency, professionalism and high working ethics are key decision making factors in everything I do and everyone I chose to work with. I'm a great believer that every person can achieve absolutely anything one sets his/her mind & heart to and I am passionate about helping people achieving positive results.
