Hi all, I’ve been investing in property for 11 years. My husband and I have our own portfolio of single let’s and have always worked as a team ( my husband is a builder therefore has always completed the refurbs) .. We invested more as a hobby although I grasped the concept of buying BMV and adding value and refinancing quite early on. Two years ago I joined Susannah Coles online entrepreneur course and learnt how property can be a business using other peoples money as well as learning how to source deals for other investors. We have completed our own buy to sell Project with success and I’d love to do more of this but now needs to be with investor funds / JV as our money is now tied up in our portfolio. I am currently buying my first Property with a JV partner in Folkestone Kent. It is currently a family home but with six very good size rooms we plan to HMO this property. I am still active with the deal sourcing in Kent and I have London contacts as well. . From residential title splits to very large development sites and hotels in central London. I’ve also got a contact in Manchester where I have similar deals so please feel free to contact me if thieve areas are of interest to you. I have joined the mastermind to increase my knowledge on how to utilise the deals and do more for myself, working with investors and drilling down to a strategy that I can cookie-cutter and scale up! I am also looking forward to meeting the network of people the mastermind brings, having already had our first workshop our group is amazing and I can’t wait for what this year has to bring! :)
