Bio I have been investing in property since 1995. I like to minimnise the amount of money I put into my property investments. Generally my investments generate a positive cash flow for me. However, I will consider investments which I have to subsidise as long as 1) There is little money invested, 2) The is good potentail for capital growth. I am keen to do joint ventures offering my expertise and experiemce. I am not time rich at the moment but hopefullty will be in about 6 months.
