I live in a village just outside of the Stoke on Trent conurbation, with my Partner Chris, my daughter Rhiannon, (youngest of three) and my Son Nathaniel (the middle child,) oldest (daughter) has left home. I'm becoming less and less the parent and more and more aware I have no private pension scheme to fall back to in my retirement. I'm looking to make changes in my life, I have not worked for anyone else for a long time now, I would like to build into my life the resources to have financial, time and location freedom. As well as being able to help fund a local dance company, that has multi ability dancers giving them an equal platform to perform on. At present I am doing family/single lets. I would like to diversify, I'm quite liking the commercial to residential strategy and freehold to leasehold. Advanced I'm aware, I'm not totally a newbie to property. 6 years of being a landlord and having project managed extending our own house from a 2 bed with separate garage into a 4 bed integrated garage property. I have some experience and have made some mistakes. Also hoping to connect to the wider experience there is on here. Look forward to connecting
