I am looking to renovate tired commercial properties and turn them into co-living spaces or flats. I am focusing on the North West of England. My background is in sales and marketing (and so happy to help others where I can). I have a personal interest in adoption and children leaving the care system and my long term plan to invest in property that benefits those who find themselves marginalised in society. I intend to do so directly (through supported living) or indirectly but this will be phase two of my plan once I have replaced my corporate income.
