Property Investor since 2006. Graduated from MM5 in the top 2, just behind David Morrision :) I want to make a difference. I have 2 daughters and now live in a lovely town called Buxton surrounded by the English Peak District National park. The majority of my portfolio is within the confines of Stoke on Trent. This part of my investment career is now closed and we are now investing in Professional HMO's in Stafford & Macclesfield. Also we are investigating the possibilities of freehold/leasehold splits with the Buxton, Macclesfield & Stafford area. My goals.. I've achieved a great goal of becoming a Mountain Leader and now work with charities and individual clients on various projects. Projects ranging from Climbing Kililmanjaro to Climbing Snowdon, through to training workshops for outdoor sports people. Combining my passion for health and pushing myself i run Coaching / network weekends 2 times a year in the English lake district and Peak District - sort of coaching in unusual and exciting Places, these weekends are focused weekends and benefit small business onwers and property investors. My Passion outside of property.. After spending time with my lovely daughters I love to to run the odd Ultra marathon, road marathon, Push myself in mountaineering in the UK and the Alps, I also have a massive passion for Trail running and training for my first 100 mile race in January 2014. My next goal is to Join the Mountain Rescue Team of Buxton, a volunteer organisation on call 24x7 to aid fellow outdoor people and the general public. And I love coaching people and going into schools sharing stories and opening a new world to the little kiddies :) All the above would not be possible if I had not taken the property investing route and especially the Mastermind path.
