I am a very down to earth, honest, loyal person who is hungry for financial freedom. This is not to show off my wealth and drive fancy cars but to give me the opportunity to provide for my family the good things in life without worrying about it. It is also to allow me to do the things I enjoy doing and to have the flexibility to do what I want, when I want. I run a Software testing Consultancy and also part own an estate agency run by a good friend (I am not an estate agent myself). I have taken 6 months off my IT business to concentrate on my property Investment. I am consequently reasonably cash rich and time rich for a certain period (although my aim is to eventually do this full time). I am working with a trusted friend (fellow masterminder Jamal Ahmed). Being both cash and time rich at the moment means we have no excuses not to succeed. My experience in properties, despite the estate agency, is not much. I have successfully flipped 3 properties in the past but now looking to build a portfolio. Our main aim will be to try and acquire as many positive cash flow BMV properties without much money down. We are interested in both buying and selling deals depending on the circumstances. Cashflow is important as I want to eventually replace my income.
