| Bio | Thanks for viewing my bio After working as a Project Manager for a Spanish wind turbine for 8 years I came to the realisation that my two boys hardly saw me due to my working hours and that I felt completely undervalued and frustrated with my job. Sound familiar!? Meanwhile I'd built up a small portfolio of student HMOs and single lets in the midlands and at the end of 2014 i decided to quit my job and commit full time to property. In Jan 2015 we moved to Manchester to build our cashflow through HMOs. I'm looking for leads in Salford to convert into HMOs by purchase, lease option or R2R.
