Hi my name is Saj Hussain. I am 40, live in South Birmingham and have 4 children. I have always worked for myself. My background is in IT and I ran an IT business for about fifteen years. In 2006 I began to learn about property and over the last four years I have learnt a great deal from many property experts. For a while I also worked as a mortgage broker for property investors and became very familiar with many of the creative financing techniques being used. It was great helping other investors become rich. However, in 2009 I decided it was about time I took control of MY destiny. I made the decision that I wanted to be financially free and property was going to be the vehicle I used to achieve that. From the many property experts I learnt from I have found Simon the most inspirational. I recognise that I will not be able to achieve my goals just by the accumulation of knowledge and working on my own. Taking action, applying that knowledge and working with others will lead to success. That is why I feel that Simon and the Master Mind programme are right for me. I am now ‘doing property’ fulltime. I am currently souring deals in and around Birmingham. I am happy to share and help anybody with a positive attitude. I am looking for like minded JV partners to work with.
