Bio Having restored my pre-divorce equity through some successful London Flips, I now concentrate on cash-flow from HMOs in Birmingham, and Title Splits and refurbs in London. I am currently selling my portfolio outside these areas to buy HMOs in Birmingham to generate a better return with my partners in 'Financial Freedom Partners' (FFP), Jahangir Khan & Luke Skelton [url=http://www.financialfreedompartners.co.uk]http://www.financialfreedompartners.co.uk[/url]. Traditionally, I have concentrated on my South London Flips and JVs, but now I focus on buying and holding HMO's in London and Birmingham with my partners in FFP, a property investment company which specialises in empowering investors (particularly those new to the property game) to achieve financial freedom. FFP offers tried and tested methods for the acquisition, development and management of properties for our clients. FFP has generated a circle of 22 investors (and growing) and likes to either buy deals from sourcers or JV with sourcers who prefer to retain a stake in their deals. The FFP partners are all HMO Landlords ourselves, and having created the systems and processes to manage both our owned and our R2R HMOs efficiently, we now offer a specialist letting service to Multi-let Landlords in London and Birmingham, discounted from from 15% to 12.5% of gross rent for Masterminders. Ultimately, I plan to concentrate on my coaching and irrigation projects, sailing and travel.
