| Bio | 25+ years in the commercial property market. Purchased my 1st B2L in 2009 and another one in 2011. Also own a ski chalet on Chamonix, France. My Surveying career commenced in London in the late 80s before moving to Birmingham in 1994. In 1997 moved into commercial property development and have been responsible for the construction of over 3m sq.ft of industrial and office buildings. I have also brought through the planning process around 500 acres of land for development in Birmingham, Daventry, Warwick, Worcester and Leeds. The commercial development industry has suffered since the Credit crunch and I have diversified into other areas of the property industry including the B2L market, house surveys, pre contract advice including financial models and brokerage. |
