| Bio | I am based in London - Shoreditch and completed MM11 a few years back. I am looking for commercial to residential splits in East London- which is our current area of focus. Main strategy now is development. Currently working on a project in Bethnal Green which is a Grade 11 listed Georgian house which we are splitting up into flats. I already have a modest portfolio of 6 properties - including an HMO Three of which are in London, 2 on the South Coast and one in the Midlands.
