Having studied and practised in various areas of coaching Andy left a successful career in Sales & Business Management to pursue his entrepreneurial journey with ACTION in Europe as a business coach. 2. Managing sales and distribution to over 2000 businesses in the West Midlands and Wales in recent years and growing that business from £750,000 to over £2.5M, Andy has dealt with a myriad of different sizes and types of industries. These range from manufacturing, construction and distribution to service, retail and council organisations, giving him a full understanding of the issues facing many companies. 3. Andy’s passion is for the personal growth of people. The effect coaching can have on this is often dramatic, as he has seen whilst coaching business owners, sales teams and private individuals. He also sits on the Leadership Team of the top six European Coaches within ACTION developing Business Coaching within the U.K. and has been ranked within the top ten performing Coaches Globally within ACTION. 4.
