| Bio | A little background about me.... I bought my first house in New Road, Chatteris for £21'000 in 1985! I have since invested in single lets, off plan apartments, overseas investments & whilst working in my fathers business, learnt a lot about trading property - this was many years ago & I, to coin a phrase, only knew what I knew! I did Mastermind in 2013 & discovered HMO's, gained a huge amount of self development, knowledge of controlling and acquiring property & I also made some amazing friends & appreciate the continued solid relationship I have had since. During my Mastermind journey I focussed predominantly on HMO's as i had resigned from my professional career & needed to replace my income - swiftly. I have since continued to invest in HMO's, have done some title splits & lease options, hosted Norwich pin whilst I was in Norfolk & recently moved back to my home town of Cambridge. I am very grateful for this community and for the opportunity to coach and mentor some of the delegates on their Mastermind journey & am currently looking for commercial buildings with the potential to convert to single flats to hold. |

A little background about me....
I bought my first house in New Road, Chatteris for £21'000 in 1985!
