| Bio | I`ve worked in or around property for thirty years, I have completed domestic development projects with JV`s, invested in BTL`s and Commercial property. My day (current !) job involves Interior Design & Project Management . My key skills are property search ; identifying potential in properties and experience in adding value. I`m looking to expand an HMO portfolio with cash rich/time poor business partners, particularly in Gloucester and Swindon. Also to develop larger conversions both domestic flips and Commercial to domestic. |
