Hi. I have been investing In property for about 5 years in an 'uneducated' way, saving hard for deposits for single let properties. I attended MMA and discovered the smart way to go about it. I have 4 single let properties and 1 multi let but now plan to step up a gear now that I am doing MM17. I am very focused, motivated and goal orientated. I qualified as a Social Worker in 2000 and have worked for the Probation Service ever since. I was promoted to Middle management in 2006. Now had enough of public sector life and looking to give it up within the year. My children are now adults, I have recently split from my ex of 29 years and am raring to go on my property journey. I have always lived in Manchester and will be investing in Manchester, Salford and Eccles.. I am planning to acquire HMO properties, do flips along the way and may consider the LHA 2x2 strategy because houses are still very cheap where I live.
